We want every Bentley book and goodie to bring a big smile. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Returns on books, stickers and in-stock items
- You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Books must be in new condition: no creases, bends, writing, scratch-and-sniff use or other damage.
- Please email us at hello@mikitaylor.com before sending a return so we can share the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or wrong items
We pack every order with lots of love (and padding!), but if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Made-to-order apparel and gifts
Our shirts, sweatshirts, bags, puzzles, decor and other print-on-demand goodies are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns for size or change of mind. If your item arrives defective, misprinted or damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it free of charge.
Digital downloads
Printable activity packs and other digital downloads are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, so all digital sales are final. Having trouble downloading? Email us and we’ll help right away.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
