Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea Wins Again? Yes, Please!

Hey there, lovely readers! It’s your favorite new author, back with yet another exciting news announcement. Drumroll, please! My latest book, Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea, has won the hearts of readers once again. I’m thrilled beyond words! I know many of you have been eagerly anticipating the sequel to this book, and I promise I’m working on it. But for now, let’s talk about what makes this book so special.

Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea is a story about the cutest, fluffiest black & white sheepdoodle who also happens to be my real life furry, not-human bestest friend. He has a wild imagination and loves to explore, but sometimes his ideas can get him into trouble, but in this book, Bentley tries to solve his bestest not-furry human friend Betty’s school assignment dilemma.  The story is filled with the catchiest phrase that kids & adults alike will be singing for days.  The heartwarming moments and colorful illustrations will make you smile from ear to ear.

As a children’s author, I strongly believe that stories should not only be entertaining but also thought-provoking. Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea is no exception. Through Bentley’s adventure, children learn about the importance of perseverance, problem-solving, and teamwork. This book is not just a fun read, but it also has valuable lessons that kids can apply in their daily lives.  As a grandmother, I am always looking for books that can teach my granddaughter something new, and I’m proud to say that Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea does just that.

Now, let’s talk about why this book is raking in so many awards. For starters, the illustrations by the talented Eunhye Shin, are simply breathtaking. She captured very single detail that I shared and filled the pages with vibrant colors and stunning details that bring the story to life. As an author, seeing my words & my vision for each page come to life is a surreal experience, and Eunhye has done an exceptional job.

I’m also grateful for the overwhelming support I’ve received from the publishing industry, media, and of course, readers. It’s a humbling experience to see so many people embrace my work, and I don’t take it for granted. I hope that Bentley’s Fantabulous Idea continues to bring smiles to faces all around the world.

Thank you to the judges of the Pinnacle Book Achievement Awards for recognizing my book in the category of juvenile fiction.  Each year, for the past 40 years, NABE, The National Association of Book Entrepreneurs has honored some of the finest books published by its members.
